anybody know how to get the stream in my flv player? ive got the flvplayer open and gone on file and it says open stream or file but i can't paste the sopcast address at the top. Any help please. cheers. P.S wooooooooooooooooo go on Orton hahah

MMA TV pm Sopcast has been perfect for me. it is the thrid channel i tried and by far the best one. best picture and good sound with no skipping at least for me
