New user problem

Hi I am a new user and Man U fan...oops, in Australia so getting withdrawal symptoms from premiership.
trying to get some football but need advice..I tried just now to get TVU played but get this advert/ advice about needing to download this programme to tidy up my computer as it has a problem, it's free and then you have to pay if you need to correct a problem- is this kosher ?
