RE: milan in champions league

I am a AC Milan maniac!
and I followed the Calciopoli Scandal and Trials to the hour!, from all possible media.

...and in the end the whole outcome of the scandal and the scandal itself was a joke... AC MILAN and FIORENTINA have been deducted points in serie A for literally nothing... as they have NOT been found guilty of any fraud... also "the evidence" (phone recordings) that didn't actually prove anything! were obtained in a illegal manner themselves.

In Milans case it was: ONE part-time Milan official involed in betting. completly irrelevant!!! to football or to the Juve match fixing issiue. JUVE were guilty, okay, and now they are in serie B, as for the rest they were simply mixed up. ...a lot of people don't know that the investigator and the judge in the trials were and are INTER fans... (for anti-berlusconi political reasons mostly), I know this sounds like a joke or a conspiracy... but it unfortunately isn't,  ... and its true.

I could go on forever but I won't, this whole mess had nothing to do with the players or Milan's quality football on the pitch.

The politicians, judges, investigators can do what they want and unfortunately they do, and did in this case... and created this whole mess (italians Wink ) out of this simple juve match-fixing matter... and they got with that Berlusconi (milan) the -8 pionts as revenge or something, I don't know...

the Judge got it completly wrong in the end, also because:
the Clubs, players and fans got punnished more than the guilty club officials. (if you ask me domoting Juve was wrong also, but that is my own opinion) ...

I can understand why Juve was stripped of the 2 titles they won,
but what was the idea behind giving it the a team that didin't deserve it at all, I really dont know. Inter finished 3rd! with 12pts.(I think) to 2nd. Milan...  ...again sad decision.

... as for the Champions league spot... UEFA just followed the CAF stupidity.. on this matter... as UEFA in their own investigation did not see any AC Milan wrongdoing in the so called "CAF evidence" against Milan. so the only reasonable thing for UEFA to do was what they did, to give the places to the teams that were on the list recieved from CAF... (as the 'finish places' in the privious season)

so UEFA, didn't acually do anything! wrong or right

Forza Milan!!! ...to be honest CL without Milan would just simply be wrong. just like serie A is now.. without juve... its just sad that the outcome of this years serie A will most likely be down to a wrong decision by stupid inter-fan judge.
In other words political decisions instead of the football played.

if you don't like Belusconi... don't.
Its still not right to take this anger out on millions of Milan Fans from around the globe.

True. They were initially banned from the CL for 1 season, but appealed the decision, and their penalty was reduced to -8 and they were allowed into the CL, but had to go through the 3rd qualifying round instead of immideate group stage qualification.
