looking to steam, can u help

Hi, i'm looking to stream some sports such as match of the day i also have channels such as celtic tv, rangers tv ect. which i would be willing to stream while i'm at work, can anyone help me with how i would go about it, i have a dazzle DVC130 capture card which i have used to record things of my tv but not stream. thanks.
