the sound is perfect but the picture freezes for about 10 seconds or more occasionaly but atleast its working lol

Dear Technical help; I am technically incompetent. I am unable to watch the Celtic game because of the difficulty (I think) of finding a proxy. I followed your instructions and received this message;

"At the moment there are no proxies in our database matching you selection criteria. This can be because you've specified very strict selection criteria, for example little connection latency or exotic country. Nevertheless you can still subscribe for this empty proxylist. In not so distant future our back-end software may find proxies of this type so you'll be the first to know about it."

Dear live footy,

there has to be an issue with this proxy thingy. Idiots like me can not ever see a game as I do not have the technical capability to create proxies and all that. Your instructions are minimalist and do not take idiots like me through unanswered parts of the advice you give.

Why odes one need to do anything so complicated as this?

And please do not be sniffy with a poor sod that needs help.
