the buffer just keeps going up down up down... doesnt get to 100

I have been trying for an hour to get the Ireland-Wales rugby game. I have downloaded USee as instructed and get nothing. I also have Sopcast but that doesn't seem to work - what system do I need to get Live Footy services...? I assume that if a game is advertised then it can be watched !!

if you can supply this sort of info, most problems can be solved in a matter of minutes.   instead of missing the second half of a match because were asking you for all kinds of info

hi when im using windows xp service pack 2 everything works fine but now im using vista i cant seem to watch anything any suggestions, when i download all the programs eg sopcast tvants etc nothing happens why? thanks
