Tvants!, Tvants is a good solution if you dont like Sopcast that much there are alot of channels in it and its for sure downloading worth! you can Stream by your self there are alot of sport channels in it! Installation is in English program is in English the only problem is Tvants dont update by himself but if you have the current version its very stable.

SopCast WebPlayer 1.1.2
This client is designed for viewer. It include only a WebPlayer!

1. Install WebPlayer

Download SopCastOcx.zip from http://download.sopcast.com/download/SopCastOcx.zip

After unpack it with Winzip or Winrar to a directory with the default SopCast, run install.bat.

2. Uninstall

Run the uninstall.bat in the stored directory and the client will be unregistered.

If the Sopcast stream was a poor quality just use VLC, download VLC at http://www.videolan.org and install it , then start the Sopcast stream and let it buffer. Then open VLC, go to Open Network Stream, select HTTP option, and type in 127.0.0.1:8902 (if not working, try port 8912).
