yes i already changed it to 100 :/

If only I knew what channel to look for on PPstream, this would work... Because PPstream works fine and TVant too when not in IE ...

ppstream- right click on the screen and left click on the one with [f]

start over UNINSTALL ALL SOFTWARE.

go to main page and read instructions. refer to the important threads for more tech help
