Fulham £31.3m (£20.4m)
Reading £30.6m (£23.6m)
Birmingham City £29.8m (£6.5m*)
Derby County £29.1m (n/a)
Total £815,175,812 (£502,533,570)
* denotes parachute payment for clubs promoted from the Coca-Cola Championship.
The total payout to the 20 Barclays Premier League clubs, excluding parachute payments, was £758.2m (up from £463.6m in 2006-07).
Plus if United win the Champions League they will receive another £30 million. That's £80 million in TV revenue, you can understand why everyone wants to buy a Premier team

RE: Television revenue for 2007-08 season
That is a lot of money, you can understand why everyone wants a Premier League club but you also have to invest a lot into the club.

RE: Television revenue for 2007-08 season
Are Champions League and UEFA Cup TV revenues included in this?
for Example - Liverpool and Arsenal geting in through qualifying stages of the CL and getting as far as the semi and quarter finals respectively.

Wow, That's not fair they should pay out an equal amount of money and show an equal ammount of games for each team.

No that's just the Premier. United would get another 30 million if they win the Champions league.

If they show an equal amount of games for each team, ratings would be down and eventually revenue would drop as well. Other than fans of the club, there are a lot of teams that wouldn't get the viewers.
Most of the teams in the Premier should think them selves lucky that they don't play in Italy or Spain where the clubs can negotiate their own deals.
I read somewhere a few years ago where in Spain they took the TV revenue gave 25% to Barcelona, 25% to Real Madrid and then divided the remaining 50% equally between the 20 teams in the league. Real Madrid and Barcelona got part of that as well an extra 2.5%. May have changed in Spain now, probably for the worst since Real Madrid and Barcelona negotiate their own TV deals, I believe.

ye - I'm guessing the top 4's TV revenue would be considerably more than the rest, as well as a gap between the UEFA Cup teams and the rest.
The rich get richer - something like that anyway.
