RE: Transfer Section
I said before, Viduka is keeping Southgate waiting while he weighs up his options. There are several clubs interested, though Portsmouth are believed to be the most likely to get his signature if he does move clubs, but Newcastle have also been linked with him too.
This may also interest some people, Barcelona are still interested in Henry, but have sais that he must show an interest in moving. Henry was quoted as saying: "Im getting quite annoyed that we are only fininshing at the bottom of the top 4". Which may suggest he is seeking a move...?

West Ham have also had an offer accepted and been given permission to talk to the 24-year-old. Newcastle have agreed in principle to sign Middlesbrough striker Mark Viduka. Portsmouth and West Ham are also believed to be keen on Viduka and Birmingham have reportedly joined the chase to sign him as well. West Ham have told striker Marlon Harewood he can leave the club after three-and-a-half years at Upton Park. Chelsea midfielder Claude Makelele is considering playing in America next season because he is uncertain whether his future lies at Stamford Bridge. Premiership side Fulham have had a bid for Northern Ireland defender Chris Baird rejected by Southampton manager George Burley. DR Congo forward Lomana LuaLua has been told by Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp that he must up his game or his future at the club may be at risk. Espanyol have been linked to the 26-year-old, who scored only two goals last season. AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that the Italian club want to sign Arsenal striker Thierry Henry. Wigan have completed the double signing of Newcastle defender Titus Bramble and forward Antoine Sibierski.
