This has been going on for ages now, Admin please pick a Mod for the SPL Forum.

It's almost an impossible task. Ranger and Celtic fans can't seem to keep the sectarianism out of their football. Closing down the forum for a few weeks when ever things get out of hand maybe the only way to do it. If that doesn't work when it's back up and running, close it down again.

I don't envy whoever gets to be the mods on this forum, ( because you need two, one each from both sides of the divide) because it's been the same since I joined two years ago.

But you have to take in to account that if it is continuesley being closed down that some members might not bother with it anymore and join another forum instead, now we don't want to loose regular members now do we. Sad

What else can you really do. You can't ban people because they they just sign up under a different user name. Hopefully if it is closed down a few times people will get the message, nothing else has worked.

Plus I am surprised nobody has started a thread in the other leagues forum, especially about the Celtic/Ranger game

Someone started a Rangers thread in my section but has been kept calm, plus it was related to the UEFA Cup.
