how do you use these streams?

Download the following:

Sopcast from http://www.sopcast.com and TVU from http://www.tvunetworks.com

Then just use the sop link in sopcast and the tvu in tvuplayer by copying the link and paste it in ur Internet Explorer bar and click enter.

for example: copy this sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/7490 and paste it in ur IE browser and click enter and the sopcast player will open
