Sad  RE: buffering

i am currently trying to see the england-new zealand 20-20 match.
for some reason the buffering will not go above 30-40%.
any idea why?
it makes for frustrating viewing as you can imagine.
it is not a computer issue as i have plenty of RAM and video.
i have a very fast DK cable connection/
any settings which i can change??
thanks

RE: SOPCAST FAQ

From some reason Sopcast never works for me: "no seeders" "channel offline", or the most often its just buffering for a long time and nothing happens? maybe somebody know what is the problem?
thank you!
