Well as far as I'm concered it was a crap result but I agree the better team won.

Looking forward to the CL final now.

RE: Rangers v Zenit St Petersburg - Uefa Cup Final 2008
Sad to hear about all the events happening outside the ground, but if a big screen fails and thousands of drunk scotsmen are left stood there, then things are always going to kick off. As for the game, I watched it hoping for a Rangers win as I havwe followed their progress all the way though the competition. It was obvious Zenit were the better side and Rangers looked like they were playing for 0-0 and penalties. Therefore when Rangers conceded then it was pretty much game over. That Arshavin looks like a good player, and Everton are meant to be wanting to sign him! Anyhow, Rangers were always going to concede as they pushed forward so far, yet Zenit are very good on the counter attack so another goal was to be expected. Zenit deserved the title, but Rangers should be congratulated for making the final and having a good go. Just a shame that it seems non-footballing matters are taking more of the focus now.

Those werent true rangers fans.
Manchester welcomed them with open arms and this is how they are repaid.
My apoligies on behalf of true Gers fans.
