Do you mean the same two clubs met in both the FA Cup and Legaue Cup in the same season?

If that's what you mean then Huzup is right about Arsenal/Sheffield Wednesday in 1993. Had the good fortune to be at both finals, unfortunately Wednesday lost both Cups that year to Arsenal.
