With the Red card and yellow card they got today they may have finished behind Fulham in the Fair Play League.

I think Dan is in hiding.

RE: Premier League Final Standing

Danny must be gutted. He went to the Riverside today, I might look out for him behind the right hadn goal on match of the day. Even though Sven was leaving anyway, this was not the best way to bow out. Goodness knows what happened to City today? And the fair play league could mean Fulham in the UEFA Cup. Whta a poor day for City and to top all that, United winning the league!

Well done to Manchester United. After 38 games, the best team won, but fair play to Chelsea for keeping it tight for such a long time. Chelsea may not have the star attraction of United, but they have stuck together through thick and thin and that team and manager deserve a huge amount of credit. I just hope that John Terry will be fit for the Champions League Final, as I want it to be the bets players taking on the best players. As for Fulham and they really do have Steve Mcqueen on their team. Roy Hodgson has been very modest, and even during the worst times (fulham 1-3 Sunderland etc) he has kept a spak of belief and today on the south coast he kept them up. As for Bullard bluescouser, I doubt he will leave Fulham, as he stated that he would stay even if they got relegated just for all the help the club has gave them. I wonder if any of the Fulham lads will be enjoying some of that viagra from their Harrods Hampers?! Although one dour note, Everton never wion at Fulham, so we may as well only play 37 games next year.

Reading and Brummies must look back on missed chances, but I hope Steve Coppell keeps his head and brings Reading back up as he is a quality manager. And finally, congatulations Everton for gaining 5th spot. The season we have had, proves that we deserve another European run. I really felt that we could get fourth, but the quality and squad size handed it to Liverpool. Villa looked to have two easy games left, yet a defeat and a draw is not what they wanted, but at least they still have the intertoto cup. So everton, are the best of the rest again and as has bee bounded around, looking at money etc, everton and moyes may just be the best pound for pound club and manager in the Premier League, if everything was on a level playing field. Great season though and now looking forward to the european cup finals and the play-offs. Not so excited about Euro 2008 though.......

RE: Premier League Final Standing

not trying to take anything away from Utd winning the title today but that comment from red - on Bennett getting most decisions right - hmmm, more of the same old same old - bottled big decisions
Atleast the idiot gave 2 yellows for dissent Wink
Rio's was a handball for me - stuck his arm out, attempted the shoulder but definitely hit upper arm - must be wearing Wenger glasses.
Scholes should not have been on the picth - he still hasnt learnt how to tackle - him and Lamps probably the worst in the league.
Just picking a third BIG decision which he got wrong - the foul on Scholes (who shouldntve been on the pitch anyway) was also a penalty.
Mostly right - you were probably talking about the throwings ye?
Anyway - United deserve the title - had thier luck, but also had Rio, Vidic and Ronaldo.
