i know the answer is here somewhere......GREEN SCREEN..??.....i dowlonaded Kodec...(system said i did)..but still get green screen...???...any ideas please...........thanks in advance..

if you can supply this sort of info, most problems can be solved in a matter of minutes.   instead of missing the second half of a match because were asking you for all kinds of info

I'm probably going to feel like a muppet for asking, but I've read all of the stickies about tech help and found that none work, so I'm asking here!

1. My SopCast doesn't buffer past 20-35%, and flicks up and down at random. I know there's info about this, so I tried using that, and managed to download VLC, but there is no simple "Open" request, and I've tried all of the options in VLC (Quick Open Filre; Open File; Open Directory; Open Disk; Open Network Stream; Open Capture Device), and inserting "http://localhost:8902/tv.asf", as this link tells me to do.

2. Windows XP

3. 20Mb, Virgin Media

4. Spybot Search And destroy - Not Running

5. Zone Alarm - Permission granted to SopCast and VLC

6. AVG - Not running

Any ideas, please?
