Well we got 9 million from spurs for Hutton,Carlos is twice the player.

Arsenal could certainly use a big dominating Centre back who is as good in the air as Cuellar and I would expect Rangers to want more than 10 million, but does Arsenal have more than that to spend after they find replacements for Hleb and Flamini, that is the question.
